Some of our fabrics are dyed to give the desired colours. There are certain things to keep in mind to make them last longer.
Wash them separately. Though our dyed fabric will never bleed Color but it is advised to wash them separately.
Mostly hand wash preferred.
Donot soak the garments in water for long time.
If first wash can be dry clean that will be more preferred.
Use Cold water while washing them.
Donot dry in direct sunlight.

Exchange can be availed only once per order.
In case you receive a damaged/defective or the size didnot fit you right, the company should be notified within 24-72 hours of receiving the order. We might request you to share snap shot at email@example.com.
Masks , Scrunchies are not eligible for exchanges
All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Packages received without original invoice will not be entertained. Any sign of usage will give us the right to refuse exchange.
It may take 2-3 working days for your request to be approved/ rejected. If your request is approved , the same will be picked in 1-2 working days by our courier partner. It takes 7-10 working days for the package to reach to us. Once received After a quality check, your exchange product will be shipped.
Exchange product involves two way shipping which can take place in any of the two ways:
Both reverse and forward shipping is handled by us. which involves charges of Rs 200/- .This will be charged from the customer priorly at the time of shipping the product. The Amount might differ accordingly due to weight of the order.
Only forward exchange shipping will be handled by us. In that case customer has to ship us the product back . which involves charges of Rs 100/- .This will be charged from the customer priorly at the time of shipping the product. The Amount might differ accordingly due to weight of the order.
The amount left after exchanging an item with lesser price will be given as store credit.
Returns will only be granted under following cases:
If there is a damaged product, in which case we will ask you to send the pictures by mail or WhatsApp.
If the product has misprints.
Please note if the customer doesn't like the outfit or has size issues they can opt for exchange in that case.
Returns will take place as follows:
Customer must inform us in 2-3 days from the date of receiving order if he/she wants to return the products. In which Case customer will have to send packaging opening video showing the defect.
Once the product is approved for the returns, we will initiate reverse shipping.
It takes 7-10 working days for the package to reach to us. Once received , A return product is then quality checked and if approved, your refund will be initiated to your bank account .
Returns are not allowed on discounted items.
Upon returning(RTO) prepaid orders without even receiving it, the amount will be refunded by deducting the shipping fees.
Note: Refund, Exchange or cancellation procedures can only take place within 72 hours after the order is received.
All our products are shipped Within 3-4 working days from the order date.
Delivery of the products will take place in 6-7 Working days from the date of shipping.
Delivery timelines are influenced by product availability, geographic location of customers, customers shipping destination and the logistics partner's time-to-deliver in customers location.
Due to Covid 19 some delays may be unavoidable depending on the pin code of your order delivery.
